This is the fastest way and works immediately.
Your account and everything stored with it on our server (your name, email address, province, language preference, checklist progress and sign-in dates) are removed right away. The app also clears your province selection so it starts fresh.
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, email AuraBull05@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject line "Delete my NewStart Canada account". We will delete the account and confirm by reply within 30 days. We do not need anything else from you, and we will not ask for your password.
Deleting your account removes all account data we hold. There is nothing we keep afterward, since we do not run analytics on the app, do not keep assistant conversations, and do not keep location history.
Information saved only on your phone, such as reminders you set without an account, is not on our server. Removing the app from your phone clears it.
If you signed in with Google or Apple, deleting your NewStart Canada account does not affect your Google or Apple account. You may also want to remove NewStart Canada from the list of connected apps in those accounts.
